I agree with aftershock, I would split the does morning and evening.

Also I would add that if you are gyno prone which it seems you are. You must continue the nolvadex throughout your course and through PCT. If you stop using nolva during cycle then gyno will come back.

The drug you are using DBOL aromatises and thus as long as you are taking it you must counter act this by using nolva.
