| Re: Flapjacks True enough, that is a flapjack recipe, but not a healthy one! As an occasional snack it would be fine though.
To make it healthier (And a lot more boring lol) you need to take out that sugar and syrup, swapping it for dried fruit possibly, or applesauce (unsweetened) and splenda. The butter could be swapped out for walnut oil or Udo's.
