Has anyone read this book?
I cracked it open yesterday and man oh man this guy has some good info in there.
I could tell he is HIT type of guy.
What he says very closely mimics what Paul Booth says.
In fact so close it is crazy.
Some of the things he talks about is eating more protein, concentric and eccentric parts of the movements (gotta have both), getting alot of sleep, drinking more water, and the importance of recovery. He goes into great detail about the importance of recovery and like Paul, he suggests not to lift weights every day.
He also talks about goals and having a positive mind about things.
So far it is a very impressive read. |
