| Re: Breakfast, Before or After Workout? ^^^I would always do early morning cardio on an empty stomach. Just some Glutamine and BCAA's and have brekkie afterwards, much more effective for fat loss.
To the original poster, I also think it's a bad idea to train on empty stomach. 1, as previously said, no energy to push yourself to the limit. 2, also run the risk of delving into a catabolic state imo. |
