| Re: What should I add to this diet? No, I'm not too good at working out the calories and macros, I estimate it's around 2500kcal, but not sure tbh. I do take a multivit and Omega 3,6,9 capsule every day. Also use creatine in 4 week on, 4 week off, phases although thinking of swapping to CEE instead of my monohydrate.
