| Breakfast, Before or After Workout? Hey, I get up around 6.30 and get to the gym for 7am.. Upto now I have been having something light before the gym (glass of milk, yogurt, banana etc) then coming home and having a proper breakfast but I was wondering if it would be better to eat before the gym then have the protien,oats,glutamine shake directly after workout?
What would be the best thing for me to do?
