Is it muscle size, or strength, because the type of training required will differ depending on what it is you want. If it's pure strength, then textbook form may not be crucial, but we are all human and sooner or later something will go 'twang!'. I thought I was invincible until I got a minor bicep tear a few years back. Now I train a bit lighter, but with strict form & slow tempo & have grown far more than before.
