| whats the key to getting a toned body I have changed my diet now...but if eat too much i am scared off getting fat...all i want is to have a good body i hate my fat belly..and stuff..I have done high reps with low weights and currently done seriosuly low reps with high weights is it stime to do 6/7 reps per set to be honest i hate my body i have always been fat and i am envious of my best mate he always been the opposite tell me what i can do |
