hi there my names toby and i have gotten into getting bigger (well trying to)
i have started to go the the gym with my dad as hes already big but im skinny and not very big at all, my dad was like me at my age but when he had me and my bro he started.
he has got a routoine and everything that he does he goes only 3 times a week and i go with him
i have no routine i just go on the machines and just say do arms one day then back another etc etc.
he teachs me all the stuff but ive been going 3 months now and i ant really gotten bigger (obvouisly not doing it right)
i was woundering if you could give me the simple bascis like i duno what to eat, or what to work out or what protein shakes to have you get me i hope
