| Re: Recently wanna get muscly Cardio is fine Adam. Push ups, sit ups you can do as many as you like, its just the resistance training that you need to wait a while with. In the next 4 years your bodys going to change so much on its own with out you training hard, so leave it be. Diet and cardio, flexability perhaps boxing or martial arts are things you could look at now to get a good grounding for the future. With weights stick to pauls suggestion twice a week with not too much weight.
- and nobody is saying go away and come back in a few years! Stay and read and learn! By the time your 16-18 you'll know more than most of us!
I have a younger brother your age and he has just started the gym too, I think its great - i wish i had started so early.
