Holy Crap...........!!!! That's forever :( i was thinking more along the lines of 3 months. But I think i'll do what u did and train like a Motherfoe, to bring all my back up, but saying that i've always had a stronger back than my front which is odd. But maybe because I stopped working it as much is where i got into trouble.

I'll try and do some stuff tonight and give u an update on how i get on...! :lift:

If anyone else is reading this thread, I wish I did more work on my core exercisres and not just went for size and strength because now I know how important it is todo rotation and stabalisation exercises for the shoulders, Scott i'm sure you will agree with me on this one ! :boohoo: :hurt:
