Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

I never was off, I worked around it. I did take off bench, incline, military presses for 2 months while I attacked my rowing with massive intensity.
My goal was to get the back caught up with the front.
I mean, I really went heavy and tried to get as strong as possible in those exercises.

Looking back, I know why I got injured.
Looking fwd, I know I wont get injured, I also use more control with the weight now days.

do those exercises when ever you feel like them.
My chiropractor suggested 1 set of each before I go to work each day.
But, I think if you did them with shoulders you would be ok.

It took almost 3 years for my shoulder to be healed. Its about 100% now.
