It's clear you have a lot of enthusiasm and need some guidance so it's best to be a little more specific about your age, and maybe deal with one issue at a time instead of trying to absorb all the years of experience there are on this board in one thread.
First & foremost, if you are under 16, I would advise that any resistance work is kept moderate as your epiphiseal ghrowth plates will not yet have sealed. I frequently get queries on training from young lads & my answer is always the same. I think the enthusiasm is great, but patience is needed too. Sadly, this is not something I find is in abundance when you're that age!
