Paul, I understand where you are coming from but I consider this an unnecessary step. People may not have been smoking etc in the vicinity but germs and bacteria can travel through the air. Bathrooms may be clean, but I think that they are far from sterile.

I used to draw air into the syringe but the people at the n/ex advised me not to for the same reasons I gave. As I said earlier you dont really need to inject air in, it just makes getting the stuff out easier
