| Well your days look well spread out mate, nice and even. Im just wondering if by arms you mean your doing tri's & bi's on the same day? Same goes for shoulders. If i were you i'de try to split up the arms and shoulder muscles into different days if you want to get the most out of your workout. Say bi's Monday, tri's Thursday and then do the same with shoulders and i would definatly think that you will get alot out of this routine. I personally wouldn't do 8 sets either mate, i think that 5-6 is definatly best, just remember increasing weight near the last 2 or so sets and go to fail. I know that you say your cutting but overworking your muscles won't help you build them up as fast. Only minor changes, and the diet looks brill, just what you need.
