Currently eating 2500 cals daily high prot. mod low gi carbs and mod healthy fats (don't like sat. fat in my system!) lost 16llbs fat put on 9 llbs muscle. Want to up tempo and lean out. Don't want to get huge just lean and toned like chippendale type. |
