| Re: Diet for review & comments In truth, trying to shift fat & grow at the same time is a very difficult thing to achieve unless using something like growth hormone. That, said, it is not impossible, but you have to be gram perfect every day & have a firm grasp on everything. My advice would be to grow lean tissue (I dislike the term 'bulking') whilst simply maintaining your current level of fat. 500 calories a day over maintainance level would be a good starting point |
