Seriously though, each time you ejaculate you rid the body of 3mg Zinc, with only 10mg being the RDA and most people not eating that. Morale is if you are gonna use sex as your only form of cardio and frequently then you need to supplement zinc. Zinc is needed for test production and all sorts of muscle building science.
Same applies for hand shandys too
