I treat them the same as all other movements, add a bit of weight every time you can, the same with dips, (done 80kg for 8 reps on those, could not fit anymore inbetween the bars, lol, I really wanted to try double bodyweight)
Many people seem to think that because you are using your body weight that it is sufficient resistance, and it may be to start with, but like every thing else, as you get stronger, you must add weight. |
