Well when i started off i could only lift 13 kg on my bicep:S 3 times but i could lift 12 kg 12 times strange maybe but now i can lift 17 kg 3 times i cna lift 17½kg twice not alot i know but thats me weak as can be :S |
Did you take before and after measurements? For example your waist size?
