| Re: More on Squats Thing is, Iv had this about a year ago when I was doing shoulder press's, the pain only last a couple of days, I take some iburofen and lie flat. i can still do shoulder press but have not done the same since though.
Been to the chiro, and he said "oh youve got a knoted back" made it click some with the arm behide the back trick and relived me of 50 quid, needless to say it didnt help any. He didnt say not to lift weights any more.
It feels fine now.
No Hackskii I didnt drop them, did put it back on the rack damn smartish though.
