| More on Squats I slipped a disc last week doing squats, on the second set, got the weight on my shoulders stood back from the rack a just as I was about to start, it felt like someone stabed me in the back between the shoulder blades, there was a slight colaspe type of feeling as well.T6 to T8 area on the spine.
Thing is now, should I not do squats and just do leg press instead.
