| Re: Muscle Spasm peck deck , keep your bottom right back and your head against the back cushion, i had this many years ago (used to call it the deadree machine (deadry barlow neck - corrination street) concerntrate on only straining the pecs or triceps mate (think about the contraction on the muscle and not straighning from the neck) try it on a lighter weight first - learn to feel the contractions then increase the weight, if the straighn is still in the neck - go lighter again |
