I also have started to pause just about an inch off my chest instead of going right onto my chest, seems to be a bit better. Also work out which breathing technique is best for you. I like to inhale on the way down, then at the beginning of way up hold my breath and then mid way through I exhale to help push the weight to complete the rep. |
