| Re: Max deadlift I've just started deadlifts as well, only did it 3 times now but each time I've increased by 10kg so now I'm doing 200kg. Only did 2 reps and the second one I was shaking all over the place to get it up, lol. I can do 260kg with shrugs but I start them from off the floor so hopefully soon I'll be able to do that as well. |
