| Re: Rep Time very good post not sure on the 10 second thing though! I do 3 to 4 seconds on my negative then without resting 2 to 3 on my possitive on pressing movments i wont lock out keeping all the pressure on the target muscle but say on back, traps etc i get the biggest stretch and contraction i can get, since doing slower more controlled reps ive noticed my muscles have gained a better quality 2 them
