So, for me to be maintaining at the moment I would be looking at:
102kg x 4 = 408g Protein
102kg x 2 - 204g Carbs
Then about 80g Of fats from Udos / Fish Oil, etc.
I do cardio 5 - 6 times a week and train the same.
