Omega 3 DHA/EPA Ratio

I recently read that ideally an omega 3 supplement will contain a higher percentage of DHA compaerd to EPA.

However as most fish have a higher percentage of EPA most fish oil supplements also have more EPA than DHA.

I have only found 2 fish oil supplements with more DHA than EPA, those being the Biotest 'flameout' and chemical nutrition 'Pro Lipid'.

Is it worth taking this into consideration or should I just buy a typical fish oil supplement?

Secondly, the Pro Lipid Caps also have a large amount of Omega 6 (about 50/50 with the Omega 3) am I right in thinking that it is not necessary to supplement omega 6? Or have I got that completely wrong?

SO basically is it important to have more DHA than EPA?
And should I get a supp with Omega 6 in?
