Well, all good advice from above.
From my experiance, here are some things that might be beneficial.
Cissus
Glucosamine
Chondroitin
Fish oils for inflammation
A good anti-inflammatory drug

Also some light rotator exercises would be a good idea, weight lifting is very hard on the rotator cuff, specifically behind the neck exercises and bench press.

Some times it is muscle imballance where as many guys push alot and dont pull enough (this is how I injured my shoulder which took 3 years to heal).
