| Re: ive been reading up yea i think your right i think it is a water weight. cuz like ill weigh myself one day and it could be 142lbs then iill weigh myself the next day and it will be like 139. but i went from like 129 um to 138 to 142 and its staying up there. but yea so i should just go for the three big meals a day with a small snack if i get hungery. well thats sounds better to me then trying to take down a bunch of food before or right after schoo. thanx everyone that was awsome help. now i know more. |
