new diet plz Hi I have been training for nearly two years but I still cant get rid of my gut/love handles. I know my current diet isn't good but I am willing to make drastic changes to reach my goal of flatish stomach and no luv handles. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a good diet to try as my holidays are in July and i want to get in better shape.
I train 3 to 4 times a week but i have just started football training then a match on Saturday until end of the season.
