| Re: Shoulder Injuries Im also have trouble with my shoulder but it only seems to be my right side, mainly on the top and the right side of my neck. Should i lay off training the shoulder for a bit, as during presses, etc it doesnt hurt, but then starts aching afterwards. Its also very achey in the mornings. Just feels odd to be that its only the one side so it must be some sort of injury.
