| Reoccuring Elbow Pain Hi everyone, I'm relatively inexperienced at working out, and seem to have picked up an elbow injury of some sort.
I get escalating pain just above the back of the elbow joint, feels like a muscle pull/tear. I can only feel discomfort when excerting pressure on the tricep, and once I feel it I can't continue the exercise.
I've rested a week and tried again, but seem to aggrivate it easily. I was thinking of getting an elbow support to help out and lay off the tricep exercises for a while.
Does anyone have any suggestions and can I train with the support on, or will that cause problems? Any preference for support type?
