Totally agree about the benefits of yoga. Indeed, I consider proper stretching whether its yoga or not, is an essential part of any workout. Stands to reason that if you're spending a lot of time and effort contracting muscle fibres that BBers should also focus on lengthening the muscle etc. through stretching to maintain flexibility and full range of motion.
