Of course the ratio is nice but nobody eats like that so this is a compromise.

Flax is an inferior oil if you are looking towards taking in more Omega 3 fatty acids then I would totally suggest some fish oils.
Not cod liver oil, although they are good, but to get the amount of Omega 3’s in your diet using cod liver oil can give you too much Vitamin A in your diet and this is toxic in the amounts you are considering using to get your Omega 3’s.

As Nytol said, what about the toxicity in the fish oil Hacks? I too take 12 caps a day and Udos but worry about the pollution I might be ingesting also, do you think its over rated?

And Nine pack, from what I can see, walnut oil is high in Omega 6, why are you adding it to the Udo's? polite question, Its just that as Hacks says, the western diet is full of Omega 6 already?
