| Re: OMEGA 369 oil There is not really enough of any one oil in there, and most people eat too much O6, and not enough O3, you would be better off with a high strength fish oil, look for the EPA and DHA as they are the important bits.
You will also need to take a fair few of them to get the benefits, minimum, 3g per day, (fish oil that is, not your combo thing). |
