i worked night shift for years(6pm-6am), and trained through-out. I got my approx 8 hours kip, good breakfast, went to the gym at 3pm, then i had time to get back home for another meal and prepared my food for work before going back to work at 6pm. Its all about getting your mind set into what you want to achieve! |
