| Motovation Hi fellas. Not sure if this is the right section to post this, but here goes.
Where shall I start?...
As some of you know I have been training now since June 2005. I moved to Nottingham in November this year.
The problem is that my motivation, since moving to Nottingham I've hot rock bottom, the move took it out of me (only got 72 hours to move into new house and pack)
I have had a cold now for the last two weeks, its speak to my chest now. In addition to the cold I have had no motivation in going to my new gym that I've joined, I haven't been now for three weeks.
I am proud of the results I have achieved, I feel a different person and I look a totally different person, the fat has gone and the muscle has increased.
I've got a new job (I have been out of work previously for three months) in Nottingham, only working 30 hours a week.
I just don't know what to do, I really enjoyed the gym visits, my programme (three workouts) evolved and became very good.
Dunno what to do about the gym....I miss it, was my life. But I don't know where I am going now.
Its December now, I work afternoons and evenings, I get up around 9am, and I dont do anything until i go to work - this is totally different to what I have been doing.
