| Push and Pull I understand the importance of performing 'push' and 'pull' motions during exercise to work the muscles evenly and obtain a balance, but is there methods of exercising both muscles - for example pushups? Or should each type be performed independantly for maximum results?
Reason is that my chest is overtaking my back and im beginning to look hunched.
