Glad you knew the gym I was talking about, went there a coupla times, it was a nasty old place, great atmosphere, like you said, in a sort of tunnel, made it feel like a dungeon!
I live in E-Sussex now, still visit now and then though so you never know ;) need my glute to heal first though
