Just got my free sachet of Progen through, it was really nice, made a thick shake which mixed well and didn't taste too powdery. It also didn't leave me feeling bloated!
Its ratios were good too 58P 26C 13F 276 cals prior to adding the milk.
My only complaint would be the sweetness, it is a bit sweet for my pallet and also that as an MRP it doesn't have enough fibre, only 2g or 8% of RDA. I would like to see less sweetener and more fibre added, perhaps pectin? and more like 4-5g instead.
Other than that it is packed with vitamins & probiotics and in a convenient sachet, so certainly a good portable option, which I would buy I think.
Do Reflex give UK Muscle members a discount? In fact does anyone?
