the whole protein intake is a minefield
most studies quoted were done on non training average weight people... pretty useless.
The protein used als makes a massive difference to how much can be used.
80g of whey isolate on an empty stomach could be too much, but not a shake like that that will have an absorbtion/digestion rate of a couple of hours.
We're designed as hunter-gatherer's, animals didnt walk past every two hours weighing thirty grams each lol
