4 eggs (whole) microwaved for 30 secs
300ml semi skimmed milk
5 ice cubes
20g peanut butter (natural from a health shop)
1.5 scoop elite whey (chocolate)
1 scoop unflavoured casien
all into a blender for 30 secs into a shaker and drink
tastes lush and nice amounts of fats and protien :beer1:
