Re: Getting the bar on your shoulders

Squat with dumbells perhaps? Unless you are using a light squat weight it's unlikely you are going to be able to clean, press and return the bar to your traps.

I don't really see how you can safely squat under a bench press bar holder as the bench will be between your legs, if you trip......well I dont wanna think about it.

Safest option is dumbells IMHO.
