I am currently taking Superior Amino 2222 and Beverly Hills Ultra 40, i was wondering if they were good?

I recently read a copy of the sports supplement review, 3rd edition i think, bill phillips doesnt really rate amino acids highly and thinks liver tablets are toxic, because the liver filters are the crap in the body and thinks by taking it you are just adding toxins.
