Lats Got another dilema, i train in my garage, i have loads of free weights and a place to do wide grip pull ups, i cant do heavy bent over rows as my back starts to kill, is there any other way to get a real good lat workout, and get my width back, without the use of a lat pulldown? do all the useal, one arm rows, t-bars, 45dergre incline row, pullovers, wide grip chins, is it just a case of getting a lat pulldown? |
