| I would personally use a good AI such as Adex or Letro to reduce estrogen and water retention in preference to Nova.
Nova will only block the estrogen receptors and prevent gyno it will still allow the test to aromatise into estrogen so you may still get water retention.
AI's all the way IMO. Dont work about losing size your trying to build muscle not be a mobile water carrier ;) |
