| Powerlifting Question Just a quick question for any Powerlifters on here... what does equipped and un-equipped actually entail ?
I'm hoping to start my first powerlifting routine in the next couple of months, currently aiming at upping my 3 lifts and improving my grip strength as I've always deadlifted with straps and finding the difference tough (getting there though, lifted 200kg today without straps). I'm really looking forward to a new challenge and if things progress as I hope I'm hoping to enter a local Comp next year, but I don't know exactly what kit is allowed in each of the catergories ??? Any input would be much appreciated, thanks !! |
