Further to the previous posts regarding this show, the new (and old) classes will be as follows: For men: Mr Titan under 190lbs, Mr Titan over 190lbs, First Timers (must be first ever show), Juniors (under 21), Seniors (over 40), Best Physique Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer, Best Physique Police Officer + Mr Body Fitness (a combination of muscles and agility). For the ladies: Miss Figure Beginners (must not have placed in top 3 of any previous figure contest for any federation), Miss Body Fitness (agility and toned body). Please note: the pre-judging requires only individual compulsory poses, line-ups and comparisons. At the evening show, however, imaginative posing using costumes, props etc will be rewarded in all categories.
