Well my weight at the start of the diet was 13st 7lbs at roughly 18% BF. Today I sit here in similar condition to those (few days out) photos at 13st 6lbs so yes I have grown a lot whilst dieting, probably about 15lbs of muscle maybe even more.
The secret stay clean for 4-5 months before starting the diet and eat fairly normally, then once you hit the diet with all that clean, muscle building food and the AAS support, your body explodes, well mine seems to anyway.

Now you can see why I do so many shows (13 in the last 3 years) cos I dont like my 'off season' look. But saying that after this year I really am looking forward to feeling the fat around my belly again!!!

Baz really has transformed the way he looked too and I bet he's transformed it even quicker over the last week!!! LOL. It will be me soon my friend!
